By accessing or using Open Poker ("the Platform"), operated by Final Table Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Open Poker is a content discovery and viewing platform for poker-related video content. The Platform aggregates, indexes, and embeds publicly available video content from third-party platforms (including YouTube, Kick, and TikTok) using their official embed APIs. Open Poker does not host, re-upload, or claim ownership of third-party content.

3. User Accounts

Account creation is optional. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

• All video content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of its respective creators and rights holders.
• Open Poker's platform design, branding, and original features are the property of Final Table Inc.
• You may not scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract content or data from the Platform without written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated tools to access the Platform without permission

6. Content Removal

If you are a content owner and wish to have your content removed from the Platform, please visit our takedown request page or contact us at hello@openpoker.tv. We process removal requests within 48 hours.

7. DMCA Compliance

Open Poker respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to hello@openpoker.tv with the required information under 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, nor do we guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content displayed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Final Table Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform.
